When we dove in and looked at all of the active challenges, we found a few things:
- There were a few people playing multiple accounts within challenges. For every instance we found this blatant, the challenge was removed, all the tags where removed and the IP address associated with these activities has been banned.
- There were some people who were in a pending challenge, and also elected to join an auto-challenge. After their auto-challenge started, their manual challenge was launched by the creator. Because you are not allowed to be in two challenges at the same time, we had no choice but to remove people from the NEWEST challenge they were in.
- In some instances there are now challenges with less than the minimum # of people required by the tier. We thought about canceling these out, but didn't feel that would be fair as it was our mistake that caused us to remove people and drop it under the required tier... so we are going to let those people ride it out.
So if you see any funniness in challenges, feel free to email us at mail@360voice.com and let us know. As the volume of challenges increase we are trying to stay on top of any cheating/account hijacking. Sorry for any confusion these clean up efforts cause. If you feel like you have been unfairly treated, you can always contact us and we will work with you to figure something out.

I think I am in one of those challenges from #3... sorry I didn't email... I thought you KNEW it was like that.
