There is a scheduled site outage from 4am to 5am Eastern Time tomorrow (Thurs 1/18/2006). This outage is for our hosting company to run extensive hardware diagnostics on our front-end web server to hopefully uncover why the box is running so slowly. This outage will not impact any of the data, as our job server that does all the processing will be online the entire time. Your streaks will be safe!! :)
The site will be down for roughly 60 minutes during the hardware tests. If you are using the API, please make sure you can properly handle the outage. If you have any questions, please email us at mail@360voice.com.
Sorry for the outage, but these things happen! Hopefully they will have an answer and we can get back on track with the performance.
