From the looks of the chart, there are a ton of you playing Gears of War! Almost 15% of our membership was involved with that title yesterday. What are your initial reactions? My copy should arrive in the mail next week sometime so for right now, I am just observing the buzz on the web!

Most of my friends list was playing it last night. I've only got a SDTV so I can only imagine how it looks in HD. And the Berserker was amazingly scary with the surround sound blasting. You're going to love it. Thanks Epic

Curses for my Gamestop being affected by the "shipping delays"! *shakes fist* Oh well, I guess I could just leave and go pick it up now. :P
Also, notice that today is the 2 year birthday for Halo 2....coincidence?
Maybe after a week or two, when everybody is familiar with the game, you guys should have a Gears of War gameday event. :)

its great im glad to be out of the same old game stuff, i also bought call of duty 3 and was really impressed!! and cant wait for all the new games to come out lost planet!!! these are looking good im glad they took their time putting them out so they look and play great. the ones that come out later should be awsome

jeeniblows - You are right... We are going to start seeing some pretty rad games in this second wave... now that people know how to program against the hardware... it is going to be fun to watch!

Akemos - I think it is a safe bet we will have a 360voice community night for Gears. :) My copy shipped from Amazon today. I need to practice up a little though so I don't get pwnd.
