API Call: Gamertag Exists

By request, I have added a new XML webservice to check if a user is registered at 360voice.com.

Simply call this URL passing in gamertag like this:

http://www.360voice.com/api/gamertag-exists.asp?tag=ChangeAgent

It will return TRUE if the user is registered, FALSE if the user is not.
